1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Vladyslav Fedyna, an individual developer based in Ukraine (“we”, “us”), handles personal data when you use the Eviii app, the Telegram bot @eviiUploudApp and this website.

2. Data we collect

• Telegram data: when you use the Bot, we receive your Telegram user ID, username and the messages you send to the Bot, to deliver your license key and provide support.
• Purchase data: when you buy Premium, Creem (our merchant of record) processes your payment. We receive order details such as order ID, plan, amount, date and the email you provide at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• License data: your license key, its status and expiry date, and technical data needed to validate activation in the App.
• Support emails: if you write to evii.enhanced@gmail.com, we keep your email address and the conversation.

3. Your videos

Videos are processed locally on your computer by the App. We do not upload, collect or view your videos.

4. How we use data

• to deliver and validate your license key;
• to process orders, refunds and prevent fraud or key sharing;
• to provide support and important service notices;
• to comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service: Creem (payments and merchant of record), Telegram (Bot messaging) and our hosting/database providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

7. Retention

We keep order and license records for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its processing. To make a request, email evii.enhanced@gmail.com.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be available on this page.
