1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Eviii, a Windows desktop application for exporting and preparing videos (the “App”), the Telegram bot @eviiUploudApp (the “Bot”) and this website (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Vladyslav Fedyna, an individual developer based in Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or purchasing the App you agree to these Terms.

2. The product

Eviii exports and prepares videos for high-quality uploads (1080p, up to 60 fps) to short-video platforms. A free version with limits is available. Premium unlocks the full feature set for a fixed period.

3. Pricing and payment

• Premium · 1 month — $7 USD
• Premium · 3 months — $15 USD

Prices are shown in USD; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem handles payment, billing and applicable sales taxes, and its own terms apply to the payment transaction. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Premium is a one-time payment for the selected period and does not renew automatically unless clearly stated at checkout.

4. Delivery and license key

Eviii is a fully digital product. After a successful payment, the Bot instantly delivers a personal license key. Enter the key in the App to activate Premium for the purchased period. No physical goods are shipped. If you did not receive your key, contact evii.enhanced@gmail.com.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your own devices for the active period. License keys are personal — you may not share, resell or publish them. You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App except where permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

You may only process videos that you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for your content and for complying with the terms and community rules of any platform you upload to. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App and Bot available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the App will meet every requirement. Third-party platforms may change their processing at any time, and we cannot guarantee how a platform will display your uploads. We may update the App and these Terms; the latest version will always be published on this page.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Premium period in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend a license key that is shared, resold or used in breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
